Our experts will provide insight into the cheeses, salumi, and tasty accompaniments while showing you how to create a spectacular presentation. As you sip on a glass of wine, you will have a chance to follow our lead or go rogue to create your own edible masterpiece with the ingredients provided. You’ll take your work of art with you at the end of class.

For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
