Practitioners wear traditional samurai attire and use shinai (bamboo swords) to strike specific areas, accompanied by a kiai (spirit shout). This class is suitable for all skill levels focusing on building a strong foundational technique.
Additional Information A one-time non-refundable $150 fee ($100 initial registration for the Kendo club and $50 bamboo sword) is due to the instructor on the first day of class for all new members.
