Jazz/Tap Tuesdays: Age 10-14 Session 2

About this event

Instructor: Trinity Ray Designed specifically for young teens (ages 10–14), this fun high-energy combination class blends essential jazz technique with dynamic tap skills to build well-rounded dancers for the stage. Jazz Focus: Dancers will work on strength, flexibility, turns, leaps, and sharp isolated movements. Emphasis is placed on musicality, spatial awareness, and learning stage-ready choreography across classic Broadway, commercial, and contemporary jazz styles.

Tap Focus: Students will refine rhythmic precision, speed, and clear footwork. From foundational shuffle and time-step combinations to complex syncopations, students use their feet as percussion while developing timing and confidence.
